St. Thomas answers quickly to tie the game at 28 late in the 3rd.
And then, on the ensuing kickoff, Alex Coffin returns the ball all the way to make the score 28-21 as Cavazos adds the extra point.

Nirider scores again from 7 yards out and Cavazos adds the extra point to make the score Blue Jays 14 and St. Thomas 7 with 2:39 left in the 1st half.
Nirider breaks a 45 yard run for a TD and Cavazos adds the extra point to make the score 7-7. The end of the 1st finds the Blue Jays driving again after a fumble recovery.

We are excited about school starting on Monday. Make sure you take enough time in the morning because of traffic. We will have schedules in home rooms at 8 am and then we a great day planned for you! Remember to come to school in dress code! Go Blue Jays!
