All forms are up and on Rank One for next year and can start being filled out immediately. If your child plans on attending our physicals here at the school please make sure that all of the forms are filled out by Monday, May 2. This will allow for a quicker check in process.
Schedule times for day of physicals:
High School Athletics periods will start at 2:00
All High School Students can come when the bell rings 3:48
Junior High 4:15
Middle School 5:00
Doors will close at 7:00 pm
If just getting an EKG can come anytime between 4:00 – 7:00
